When is the last day I can come for services?

Our last day will be Sunday, August 30, 2026.

What if I already have an appointment booked over the next few months?

We look forward to welcoming you to enjoy any pre-existing appointments that are scheduled through Sunday, August 30, 2026.

What if my service provider moves on to a new location prior to my appointment?

In this case, we will let clients know as soon as possible and do our best to accommodate you with another provider OR we will happily share with you where your preferred provider will be working when that information is available to us.

What if I have already booked an appointment past Sunday, August 30, 2026?

Our reservationists will be reaching out to you within the coming days to assist you in finding an earlier date to visit G2O whenever possible. Subject to availability.

If I don’t already have an appointment, can I still book?

Absolutely! We would love another opportunity to provide you with our award-winning service. You can continue to book by calling or texting 617.262.2220 or on our website. We encourage you to come in and use your loyalty rewards points, series, and gift cards. before we close our doors.

What is happening with my loyalty rewards points?

You can continue to use your points through our final day of business on August 30, 2026

You can continue to accrue loyalty rewards points through the end of June 2026. That leaves the final two months to use any remaining points.

What forms of payment are you accepting?

We will continue to accept cash, credit card, gift cards, series, and points to pay for services and products until our final day of operation on August 30, 2026.

For gratuities, we will continue accepting cash tips, with select providers also accepting Venmo and/or Tippy.

Can I still purchase series, gift cards, or memberships?

As of June 1, 2026, we are no longer selling new series, gift cards, or memberships.

 

What is happening with existing memberships?

For existing members, as of June 1, 2026, you will not see any new monthly charges going forward.

However, you can continue to enjoy your membership perks for the duration of your current monthly billing cycle.

Members should also stop by our concierge desk to pick up a thank you bag for your ongoing support of G2O Spa + Salon.*

Can I still purchase products?

We are still selling products in-store. You will see select brands or products phased out over these final months, so we encourage you to come in and stock up sooner rather than later. We will not be placing special orders, nor offering to ship out-of-stock products to you. Products are available while supplies last.

We are no longer selling products online.

How can I find where my favorite service providers will be working in the future?

We will do our best to help you maintain these connections you’ve forged over the past 32 years by listing their new workplaces here whenever that information is granted to us.
