How early should I arrive for my appointment?

For spa services, please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to change and complete any necessary paperwork.

 Are there any amenities that I can enjoy during my visit?

Yes, you can enjoy amenities such as our Lifestyle Retail Boutique, Fireside Lounge, Relaxation Lounge, Sauna, and complimentary beverages and snacks. Private locker rooms with steam rooms, spa robes, slippers and personal amenities are available for use with spa services.

Are amenities available for late appointments?  

Amenities are not available after closing time. Clients with the last spa appointments of the day should arrive early if they would like to enjoy the amenities.

Do I need a credit card to book an appointment? 

Yes, we require a credit card to secure all appointments

What if I need to cancel?

I’m pregnant. What services can I enjoy? 

Our spa offers many services that are both safe and relaxing for expecting mothers, including our prenatal massage and our G2O Signature Facial. Our reservationist team will gladly assist you in selecting the treatments that are most appropriate for you.

Are there any restrictions on massages during weekends?

Yes, due to the high demand on weekends, we only offer our 60-minute massages (Swedish, deep tissue, CBD, aromatherapy, prenatal, sports) with premium pricing on Saturdays and Sundays.

Do you offer couples massages?

Yes, we do. Please call or text us at 617-262-2220 to schedule.

What should I wear to the spa?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Robes and slippers are provided. Please leave all jewelry at home as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Can I use the amenities if I’m only getting a hair or nail service?

Yes, all guests have access to the amenities

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included in any services.  At your discretion, our technicians graciously accept gratuities. Gratuity envelopes are available upon check-out. The industry standard is 20% of the service fee. An ATM is available inside our facility. Most employees accept Venmo (A list is provided at the gratuities station) or TIPPY, which allows you to add gratuities to your credit card.   Please note there is a small fee to use TIPPY.

Where can I park?

Metered street parking is available. Valet parking is available across the street for a special rate at the Lenox Hotel for $35, so be sure to mention you are going to G2O. The Nike Town Garage in between G2O and The Nike Store. On Sundays all metered parking is free in the area.

What happens if I’m late? 

A late arrival may result in a shortened service. We will do our very best to accommodate you. However, please be aware that you would remain responsible for all reserved services, even those that would need to be shortened or all together missed.

Do you offer food and beverages? 

We provide light snacks, complimentary tea, espresso, cappuccino, and coffee

We also partner with Rochambeau to offer lunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. All orders must be placed with Guest Relations at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. To ensure accurate orders, no modifications will be accepted.

Please be aware that no outside food or beverages are allowed on the premises
