A Halo Dual Skin Therapy session pairs halotherapy and red-light therapy to amplify the benefits that each modality can provide for improved skin health. These dual therapies work synergistically to address issues for people with skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and dermatitis.

Skin benefits of Halotherapy:

The particles of salt, about the size of red blood cells, have anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties that reduce redness and destroy acne-causing bacteria.

The salt also exfoliates the surface of the skin, helping to remove dead skin and unclog pores.

As the salt settles on your skin, the particles attract and retain moisture, hydrating and improving your skin’s pH.

Skin benefits of Red Light Therapy:

RLT works from the inside out, improving skin cell function that may be affected by conditioners like eczema.

RLT has anti-inflammatory benefits, reducing redness and itchiness.

RLT can also boost collogen, further helping to retain moisture in your skin.

These effects can only improve exposed skin, so for the first time we are offering our clients additional privacy that is not available during a typical Halotherapy session. If you book the Halo Dual Skin Therapy service, the salt cave is reserved just for you and up to one guest to join you. In order to ensure your comfort, you will not be booked with people you do not know.

As an added bonus, you still receive all of the respiratory benefits of halotherapy as well. For those unfamiliar with the respiratory benefits, in short, inhaling fine salt particles draws out allergens and other irritants to clear your airways and help improve a number of respiratory conditions.

This service is intended to manage symptoms and compliment care prescribed from your doctor and is not a cure for these conditions. It is recommended that you avoid using red light therapy until a flare up subsides. For the best results you should book multiple sessions, but no more than 2-3 per week. Consult your doctor to discuss whether this service is right for you.

Halo Dual Skin Therapy includes both therapies working simultaneously over the 20-minute service, with 20 minutes of Halotherapy and 15 minutes of Red Light Therapy. Each session is $45 per person.

The exclusive Membership Keyholder Preview for Halo Dual Skin Therapy begins Tuesday, March 17. This therapy will become available to everyone on Wednesday, April 1.

As of April 1, 2026, members can substitute any of your complimentary Halotherapy sessions with Halo Dual Skin Therapy each month.
